TL;DR: We’re slowly figuring out who we are, what we’re trying to be and ultimately who we’re trying to serve across the global employment spectrum.
1. Progress Update 💨
As you can see above, we’re playing with our messaging and positioning to see what resonates with our audience; in other words we’re on the quest for message-market fit.
This means our UVP will be going through a few iterations. Here’s what we started with back in February:
We Are Distributed is a decentralised global workforce & social community. Built to empower workers globally to lead happier working lives throughout their careers, we provide tools, resources and support for workers everywhere — regardless of location or modality.
Much of this will remain a core part of our ethos, but we recognise a change may be needed to incorporate the value we’ll be delivering for globally distributed employers.
